Warrington Wolves suffer major blow ahead of new season
Warrington Wolves, under the leadership of their new Head Coach Sam Burgess, are gearing up for their first match of the new Super League season against Catalans Dragons in Perpignan this Saturday, February 17th.
In his first squad announcement, Burgess has confirmed the availability of key players. Paul Vaughan, who had been serving a four-match suspension, is now eligible to play. Additionally, Captain Stefan Ratchford has recovered from a calf issue and is ready to lead the team onto the field.
This match against Catalans Dragons poses a challenging start to the season for Warrington Wolves, but with key players back in contention, they will be aiming for a strong performance as they embark on their campaign under Burgess’ leadership. Kick-off is set for 5:30 PM UK time, 6:30 PM local time in France.
