Report: Nottingham Forest are now expected to offload four players this summer on a free transfer
Due to decisions on their futures, Nottingham Forest will now be offloading four players as free agents in the summer.
In keeping their Premier League status, Nuno Espirito Santo’s team has made some encouraging progress.
By the close of play tomorrow, Forest could have sealed their spot in the top level for the following season, with two games left in their Premier League campaign.
Luton Town, who play West Ham United tomorrow, will begin play after Forest by a margin of three points.
It will put more strain on the players, even though Forest will know what has to be done by the time their match against Chelsea begins at the City Ground.
It appears that four players will be leaving Forest when their contracts expire, regardless of whether the team stays in the top flight.
It appears like Evangelos Marinakis will continue to make changes during the summer transfer window, as he has done in the past.
Somebody might now be participating in Nottingham Forest’s final football week.
Due to their unsuccessful appeal against the penalty of points, Forest will now need to win their next two games to guarantee their own future.
Additionally, Forest has been forced to depend on some of its best players, with Calum Hudson-Odoi and others performing admirably against Sheffield United this past weekend.
Forest will be hoping that player is still available for the upcoming campaign, but Morgan Gibbs-White’s future is in doubt.
However, The Telegraph reports that four players will be free agents and able to leave in the upcoming weeks.

According to the article, Forest intends to increase its spending this summer, albeit with certain limitations.
Nonetheless, by unloading some of their high earners, such as the four mentioned above, over the summer, Forest will be able to free up some cash.
What Nuno Espirito Santo has since stated on the appeal of the points deduction
The appeal has been reviewed, and the conclusion about the standing of the points deduction is not what they were hoping for.
It does, however, provide Forest a very clear idea of what needs to be done in the next two games.
Speaking with BBC Sport on Thursday, Nuno made it clear that the players had received the message.
“We were all let down. We were under the impression that the independent appeal board could award us with additional points. Nuno stated, “But the decision is final.”
“We discussed it with the players, explaining that this is our situation as it is, what we have, and what we must deal with. Safety is in our control, therefore let’s concentrate on ourselves.
