After severing his connection with West Brom at the beginning of the month, Tulloch, 23, has been considering his options.
He has a contract with the Shrews till the end of the season, the team has revealed.

For Shrewsbury, this is a comparatively risk-free addition. Following his departure from West Brom, Tulloch might feel that he has something to show in the Football League.
Between now until the summer, he will provide Paul Hurst’s team with greater attacking depth and competition.
The former England youth international progressed through the Baggies program and was a consistent player for the Championship team at several different levels.
After leaving the Hawthorns to gain experience, Tulloch went on to play seven times for their first team. He also had loan stints at Bradford City, Rochdale, Dundalk, and Doncaster Rovers.

The Birmingham native wants to establish himself now, and Shrewsbury may give him a League One stage on which to demonstrate his abilities.
With nine games remaining, they currently sit 17th in the table and are trying to stay in the top four. This past weekend, Hurst’s team defeated Port Vale 2-1 on the road to increase their chances of surviving and move seven points clear of the drop zone.
