Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, nearly two years after parting ways with Manchester United, expressed his desire to return to top-flight football management, admitting that he misses the pressure-filled world of leading a legacy club. Despite leaving Old Trafford after a string of heavy defeats against rivals Liverpool, Manchester City, and Watford, Solskjaer still feels he has at least one club job left in him.

Reflecting on his time at Manchester United, Solskjaer described it as the best job in the world but acknowledged the constant scrutiny and pressure that comes with managing such a prestigious club. He emphasized the need for a break after stepping away from the role.

Solskjaer expressed concern over Manchester United’s current position in the Premier League, emphasizing the importance of regaining consistency to secure a Champions League berth for the next season. He mentioned the excitement surrounding Jim Ratcliffe’s ownership and the potential plans for a new stadium, acknowledging the need to move with the times and modernize facilities.

During his visit to India, hosted by Ace of Pubs owner Tilak Gaurang Shah, Solskjaer aims to showcase the deep connection between India and Manchester United while fulfilling the dreams of supporters of the club.
