The 23-year-old, who joined Bradford from West Bromwich Albion, began the 2023–24 season on loan in West Yorkshire. But his loan period was short-lived, as in February he permanently left the Baggies.

Although he signed a short-term contract with Shrewsbury, he will be leaving after just one game for the team. Shrewsbury released the following statement: “Harry Burgoyne, Tom Flanagan, Ryan Bowman, Elliott Bennett, Rayhaan Tulloch, Aiden O’Brien, and Tunmise Sobowale will not be with the club next season.

“To Harry, Tom Flanagan, Tunmise, Elliott, Tom Bayliss, Rayhaan, Aiden, and Ryan, we at Shrewsbury Town would like to extend our sincere gratitude for all of your hard work and devotion during your time with the team.”

Tulloch, a former England youth international, rose through the West Brom youth ranks and into the senior squad, earning him a great reputation there. In January 2019, he made his Baggies debut in a 1-1 with Brighton & Hove Albion in the FA Cup.

In 2020, he went out on loan for the first time and rejoined Darren Moore, the previous manager of West Brom, at Doncaster. But an injury cut short his stay in South Yorkshire.

Tulloch then had brief spells at Rochdale and Dundalk before returning to Yorkshire at the beginning of the 2023–2024 season. In his ten Bradford appearances, he recorded two assists and one goal.
