WRL CONGRATULATES RHYS WILLIAMS ON MILESTONE
Rhys Williams, the Welsh winger, has reached a remarkable milestone in his rugby league career by scoring his 200th try as a senior first-team player. The achievement is a testament to his longevity and consistency in the sport.
Currently playing for Swinton Lions in the RFL Championship, Williams has scored 12 tries this season alone, adding to his impressive tally across various clubs and competitions. Notably, he has contributed significantly to London Broncos, Salford Red Devils, Warrington Wolves, and other teams throughout his career.
Internationally, Williams holds the record for the most tries scored for the Wales men’s rugby league side, with 22 tries to his name. His contributions to both club and country highlight his importance and skill as a winger.
Despite achieving this milestone, Williams remains humble and attributes his success to the support of his teammates throughout his career. He expresses gratitude for their contributions and looks forward to extending his tally with Swinton Lions in the current season.
