Jett Washington, a 4-star athlete, responds to receiving an offer from Alabama.
Jett Washington received an offer from Alabama football last month and is keen on visiting the Crimson Tide. A consensus 2026 four-star recruit from Bishop Gorman High School in Las Vegas, Nevada, Washington is also the nephew of NBA legend Kobe Bryant. He values the offer from Alabama as a chance to compete at the highest level in college football.
Washington described his reaction to the offer, saying, “My initial thoughts were that it was a blessing and an opportunity to play at the highest level in college football.” He views Alabama as one of the top programs in the sport and is eager to visit soon. “They are one of the Alphas of college football, always have good teams and produce great players,” Washington told Touchdown Alabama. “I’m trying to get up to a game.”
Washington stands 6-foot-4 and weighs 200 pounds. During his sophomore season, he recorded 37 tackles, three interceptions, and four pass breakups as a safety. Meanwhile, Alabama is focused on building connections with a broad group of 2026 recruits.
