He is ranked as the 25th player in New Jersey for the current recruiting cycle. Troutman holds offers from various schools, including Rutgers, Duke, Texas A&M, Illinois, and Pitt.
Penn State’s recent recruiting success is evident with four commitments in the past three weeks. Notable additions include 4-star linebacker Dayshaun Burnett from Imani Catholic in Pittsburgh and 3-star linebacker Alex Tatsch from Greater Latrobe High.
