West Bromwich Albion
Favorites to join Sheffield Wednesday during the summer transfer window include players from West Brom, Middlesbrough, and QPR.

Wednesday’s championship prospects are still up in the air, therefore it’s unclear which division they’ll be playing in the next season. Danny Rohl has seen an incredible turnaround in the Owls’ play at Hillsborough, but they are still fighting for their lives.
Whatever happens to them this term, Wednesday has a busy summer ahead of them. Should they succeed in retaining the Championship, they need to make sure that the errors from the previous season don’t happen again.
They’ll have to start over if they drop out of the second division in an effort to make their time in League One as brief as possible. As the season draws to a close, Business2Community provides an early peek at the favorites to join Wednesday in the summer.

Paddy McNair – 9/2
For McNair, who has been in and out of the Middlesbrough side, the campaign has been tough. As the Northern Ireland international’s contract expires in the summer, injury has hampered him.
Jimmy Dunne: 11/2
Currently playing for QPR in their attempt to survive, this defender could be tempting on Wednesday if they can hold on and the R’s lose.
Harry Arter – 6/1
With Nottingham Forest having frozen him out, the midfielder’s future at the City Ground is uncertain. Despite the fact that his career has stagnated recently, at 34, he may yet have more to give the EFL.
6/1 Marc Albrighton
The utility guy is no longer the important player he once was at Leicester City, despite being an experienced operator. Since he hasn’t had a single Championship start this year, a summer transfer wouldn’t be shocking.
Cedric Kipre (8/1)
The defender, who has been a consistent player for Championship promotion contenders West Bromwich Albion this season, would undoubtedly be a major coup for Wednesday.
Ben Gibson (9/1)
Gibson, a different center defender who has made 30 appearances for Norwich City this season across all competitions, would be a valuable addition to the Owls defense.
9/1 Ivan Sunjic
Sunjic is a seasoned midfield defender who joined Birmingham City’s roster in 2019. He has made 167 appearances for the Blues in his tenure in England.
Tiehi Christ – 10/1
The midfielder may prove to be an alluring alternative for Wednesday, who has raided Rotherham United multiple times in recent years—especially if the Owls avoid relegation.
Jamie Vardy (16/1).
The attacker has always been a fan of Wednesday and was long-hoped to play for the Owls. He is not as important to Leicester City as he previously was; he is 37 years old.
20/1 Aaron Connolly
The attacker, who has recently fallen in Hull City’s hierarchy, might provide the Wednesday front line some more punch
