A fan at the Indiana Pacers-Milwaukee Bucks game seized a unique opportunity when they spotted Indiana Fever rookie, Caitlin Clark, in attendance. They asked her to sign their ultrasound picture!

In a video capturing the moment, the 22-year-old basketball sensation appeared excited to autograph the image of the fan’s unborn child.

The night was full of excitement for Clark, who tossed t-shirts to the crowd during halftime of the game. The hometown team clinched a thrilling overtime victory, winning 121-118.

Before the game, Clark had the honor of revving up Pacers fans by pumping the accelerator on a replica IndyCar. This was her first public appearance since the Fever drafted her as the No. 1 pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft on April 15.

Clark received two standing ovations from the crowd during the game.

“@Pacers fans, I know you’re amazing. I hope to see you all this summer rooting on the Fever!” she said in a post on X.

Clark has a special connection to the Pacers and their fans because of her boyfriend, Connor McCaffery, who is a team assistant. McCaffery, a former Iowa basketball player, had a successful career at the school, playing both basketball and baseball.

After graduating with bachelor’s degrees in political science and finance in May 2023, McCaffery landed the job with the Pacers.

The couple recently celebrated their one-year anniversary.

“One year of the best mems w my fav person 🖤 you make everyday better and I can’t wait for many more adventures together… love you 🤞🏻😇,” Clark captioned her Instagram post last week.

McCaffery also expressed his support for Clark:

“One year w the best 🫶🏼 doing life w u has been easy, and you never cease to amaze me.. can’t wait to watch u live out ur dreams in person 🤞🏼 love you ❤️,” he wrote in the caption of his carousel of snaps.
